Enabling SMS mobile messaging

Several one-time setup tasks must be completed to enable Acoustic Campaign to send SMS messages.

Procedure

  1. The Acoustic Campaign Provisioning team enables SMS for your Acoustic Campaign organization.
  2. The Acoustic Campaign Org Admin logs into Acoustic Campaign and creates and enables an Acoustic Campaign database for SMS. The database must be a flexible database.
    Note: If you are using Email, SMS, and Push channels in the integration, use a separate database for each channel.
  3. The Acoustic Campaign Org Admin configures SMS integration between Acoustic Campaign and the SMS Unica Campaign Manager.
