Approvals for Offer and Offer Lists

Plan users can associate draft mode offers and offer lists to the Plan approvals. In Centralized Offer Management, user can see such associated approvals. User can see the associated appriovals from Offer and Offerlists, Listing page, Summary page and Revision History page.

Offer or Offer lists cannot be edited if any of the associated approval is in progress state. The reason being offer should not be changed while the approval is already in the review mode. In all other approval states offer can be edited.

Offer/Offer list can be published only when all the associated approvals are in complete or cancelled state.
Note: The edit and publish of an offer always depends on final state of approvals rather then status of the individual approval item. The reason being the status of approval item can be changed anytime by re-submitting the approval. Hence, COM always look for the final status of the approval.

Revision history page will capture the following approval events like Approval associated, Approval disassociated, Approval completed, Approval cancelled and Approval deleted.
