Downloading the IBM® mail client

An administrator must download the IBM® mail support for Microsoft Outlook client software from the IBM® Software Download Center.

Before you begin

An administrator with the Administrator role in the IBM Connections Cloud account completes the following steps to download the software.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the IBM® Connections Cloud site from a browser.
  2. Click Account Settings > Downloads and Setup.
  3. In the Software Download for IBM Notes Client and Other Entitled On-Premises Software section, click View available software to open the Software Downloads page.
  4. In the Find by search text box in the Software Downloads page, search for IBM Mail Add-in and select the package in the search results.
  5. Click the License Agreement link.
  6. Select I agree and then Download now.
