Edit a meeting

You can edit a meeting for My Meetings, Recent, and Saved.

Note:
  • Edit and Copy apply to both My Meetings and Saved. Swipe left to edit or copy a meeting.
  • Delete applies to My Meetings, Recent, and Saved. Swipe right to delete a meeting.

You can Edit a meeting either when no one is present in the meeting room or when the meeting starts.

Edit Meeting - No one is in meeting room

  1. Tap Edit for a modal view to edit options.
    Note: The Meeting name is in read-only mode. You cannot edit it.
  2. Tap Meeting Password to add a password.
    Note: The minimum length of the password must be 8 characters.
  3. Tap Moderated Meeting to control the aspects of the meeting.
    Note: This option allows only you or a designated moderator to start and control the other aspects of the meeting.
  4. Tap Allow guest access for users to enter the meeting in view-only mode.
  5. You can either start the meeting through Start Meeting or save it for later by tapping Save and copy.


Edit Meeting - Meeting starts

  1. Tap Edit.
    Note: When the meeting is in progress Start meeting changes to Meeting in progress.
  2. Tap Meeting Password to add a password.
    Note: The minimum length of the password must be 8 characters.
  3. Tap Moderated Meeting to control the aspects of the meeting.
    Note: This option allows only you or a designated moderator to start and control the other aspects of the meeting.
  4. Tap Allow guest access for users to enter the meeting in view-only mode.
  5. Tap Save and copy. A prompt/message displays.
    Note: The prompt message depends on the change made to the meeting.
