You can enable the SafeLinx Client to log messages that are used for problem resolution.
Note: Do not enable logging unless instructed by your administrator.
To enable logging:
- Click the Tools menu and select Start Diagnostic Logging.
- To stop diagnostic logging, click the Tools menu again and select Stop Diagnostic Logging.
- If you want to export your diagnostic logs to submit them to your Administrator, click the Tools menu and select Export Diagnostic Log. The Export Diagnostic Log displays with two options: Export to SD card and Export to email.
