Importing a sample functional test projectOne way to get started quickly with HCL OneTest™ UI is to import the sample functional test project that is provided with HCL OneTest™ UI. The sample project includes sample test scripts that you can use. When you import the sample project, it is copied to your Eclipse workspace.

Importing a sample functional test project

One way to get started quickly with HCL OneTest™ UI is to import the sample functional test project that is provided with HCL OneTest UI. The sample project includes sample test scripts that you can use. When you import the sample project, it is copied to your Eclipse workspace.

Procedure

Start HCL OneTest UI and click File > Import.
In the Import wizard, expand Functional Test, select Sample Functional Test project, and click Next.
In the Review project content page, view the project and scripts that are going to be imported and click Finish.

A sample Functional Test project named FunctionalTesterDemo opens in the Project Explorer.
To re-import the sample project, repeat Step 1 and Step 2 You will be prompted whether to overwrite the sample project in your workspace or to create a new sample project.
