Installation overview

The HCL OneTest™ Studio installation package includes several products and components. These can be installed together or separately.

HCL OneTest™ Studio Products

The HCL OneTest™ Studio package includes the following products and components:
  • HCL OneTest™ API
  • HCL OneTest™ UI
  • HCL OneTest™ Performance
  • HCL® Quality Server

Auxiliary products

The auxiliary products that you can use along with the HCL OneTest™ Studio products but are not included in the HCL OneTest™ Studio package are as follows:
  • HCL OneTest™ Virtualization

To use these auxiliary products you must purchase the licenses to use them. You can then download and install these products separately.

You can use either or both these products by installing the HCL OneTest™ API Agent that is available when you purchase either HCL OneTest™ Virtualization or . You must download and install the agent separately.

Licenses

You must have purchased licenses to download and use the products in the HCL OneTest™ Studio package. The licensed software is listed in your entitlement and the software packages are available for downloading. For more information about licenses, see Managing licenses.
