  - Apache HDFS Adapter
    The Apache HDFS adapter is supported with Apache Hadoop v2.9.0 or later.
  - Apache Kafka Adapter
    The Apache Kafka adapter is supported with v1.x.y or v2.x.y.
  - DB2 Adapter
    For the DB2 adapter to connect with a DB2 database from a Linux or Microsoft Windows system, install an IBM Data Server Client Package. An IBM Data Server Client Package is available for you to download from the internet for free. Select an IBM Data Server Client Package that includes the CLI driver, which the DB2 adapter uses to connect to a DB2 database. For further information about choosing, installing, and configuring an IBM Data Server Client Package, see the IBM DB2 Database for Linux, UNIX, and Windows knowledge center.
  - Email Adapter Configuration
  - Java-based Adapters
    To configure the Java-based adapters, modify the CLASSPATH environment variable, either directly or by adding the JAR file entries to the [External Jar Files] section of the dtx.ini file.
  - JNDI Adapter
  - MIME Adapter
    The MIME adapter requires J2EE and "javax.mail" classes. After installing the appropriate Java Platform, Enterprise Edition installation, modify the CLASSPATH to include the J2EE and “javax.mail” class modules. HCL Link ships javax.mail.jar ‘extjar’ folder by default that can be used for MIME adapter purposes.

    With the Sybase adapter, you can connect to the Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) and Sybase IQ databases. See the HCL Link system requirements in the online documentation for the supported database versions. See the Sybase adapter documentation for the list of supported data types.
