Removing Domino® and Digital Experience server federated administration

Perform these steps from the IBM® WebSphere® Administration console.

Procedure

  1. From the HCL Digital Experience Server, download the configuration script from the URL
    http://dominoserver/webadmin.nsf/removefederation.xml
  2. Save the XML file locally on the Portal Server.
  3. Access the directory PortalServerRootDirectory\bin subdirectory, and then run the following command:
xmlaccess.bat -in c:\removefederation.xml -user wpsadminid -password wpsadminpwd -url localhost:10038/wps/config
Note: Port 10038 is the default port. If you configured the portal server to use a different port, specify the port number that you used when you configured the Portal Server.
Note: On UNIX systems, use xmlaccess.sh instead of xmlaccess.bat.
  4. Log out and then log in to see the changes.

What to do next

The My Domino Servers tab is not removed by default. To remove the entire Domino® integration, complete these steps:

  1. Remove all added servers.
  2. Log on to Portal.
  3. In the Portal User Interface section, select Launch > Administration > Manage Pages.
  4. In the portlet, select Content Root > Domino Integration, and then click to delete the My Domino Servers item.
