Creating Editor Proxy Cluster

Procedure

  1. Log into the IBM® Integrated Solutions Console: https://DocsLab01.example.com:9043/ibm/console.
  2. Navigate to Servers > Clusters > Proxy Servers Clusters.
  3. Click on New.
  4. At Step 1, fill in the following information:
    Table 1. Cluster name and support methods parametersThis table provides suggested default values for cluster name and support methods.
    Field Value
    Cluster Name IBMDocsProxyCluster
    Support Methods HTTP
  5. Click Next.
  6. At Step 2, fill in the following information:
    Table 2. Member parametersThis table provides suggested default values pertaining to member.
    Field Value
    Member Name IBMDocsProxyMember1
    Node DocsProxyCluster_NODENAME_1, for example, Docs01
    Generate unique ports Selected
    Select Basis for first cluster member Create the member using a proxy server template. proxy_server_foundation
  7. Click Next.
  8. At Step 3, specify any additional nodes to add. Click Next.

  9. At Step 4, review the summary information. Click Finish.
  10. Save the changes to the master configuration.
