Stopping stubs: HCL Quality Server method

HCL Quality Server provides different methods of stopping individual stubs and multiple stubs.

The following table describes these methods

  1. Open the HCL Quality Server's Environments Dashboard, or if you are running stubs on agent computers, open the HCL Quality Server's Infrastructure Dashboard.
  2. Follow the steps described in the table.
    To stop Do this
    A stub (on the Environments Dashboard)

    For the stub you want to stop that is in the STARTED or RUNNING state, click the STOP stub icon (image of the icon).
    All running stubs in the selected domain/environment (on the Environments Dashboard) Click the Stop Stubs icon (image of the icon).
    Running stubs in a scenario for the selected domain/environment (on the Environments Dashboard)
    1. Expand the scenario.
    2. For the stub you want to stop that is in the STARTED or RUNNING state, click the Stop stub icon (image of the icon).

    The status of the stub changes from STARTING or RUNNING to STOPPING or STOPPED.

    Note: A scenario is displayed as RUNNING unless all of its stubs are stopped.
