Workflow for assigning work

The assign and schedule work task of the project manager follows the establish policies task and precedes the monitor project status task.

This task is optional and is possible only if you use the UCM integration with Rational® ClearQuest®. As project manager, you are responsible for identifying and scheduling the high-level tasks for your project team. In some organizations, the project manager creates activities and assigns them to developers. In other organizations, the developers create their own activities.
