This table stores locale-specific information for
the ACPOLICY table.
Column Descriptions:

ACPOLICY table. |
| LANGUAGE_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | The language ID. It is a foreign key to the

| DISPLAYNAME | VARCHAR (700) NOT NULL | This column contains a locale-specific
description of the policy. |
| DESCRIPTION | VARCHAR (700) | This column contains a description of the policy.
This field is optional. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
