This table stores locale-specific information for
Access Control actions which are stored in the ACACTION table.
Column Descriptions:

| ACACTION_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | The action ID. It is a foreign key to the
ACACTION table. Together with the LANGUAGE_ID column, it forms the
primary key. |
| DISPLAYNAME | VARCHAR (700) NOT NULL | The display name for the action. |
| DESCRIPTION | VARCHAR (700) | The description of this action. |
| LANGUAGE_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | The language ID. It is a foreign key to the
LANGUAGE table. Together with the ACACTION_ID column, it forms the
primary key. For a list of language components, see the LANGUAGE
table. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
