RFQ Response - Respond to Fixed Pricing on Product
Use this page to specify any counter offers to the quantity, unit, or price of a product in an RFQ request.
- Substitute Product
- Click this button if the buyer has stated that the product can be substituted. You can search for similar products to use as substitutes for the requested product.
- Request
- A summary of the buyer's requests for this product. This section is read-only an provided for your reference if you are using this page to change the product quantity, unit, or price.
- Response
- A summary of your responses to the buyer's request. This section is read-only an provided for your reference if you are using this page to change the product quantity, unit, or price.
- Quantity
- Type the quantity of the product that you can supply. For example, you may want to change the quantity if you are unable to provide the quantity that the buyer has requested for a product. This value must be a number, for example, "10".
- Units
- Specify the units you use for the product. For example, if you want to specify the quantity in terms of a unit other than that specified by the buyer, such as by "meter" instead of by "foot", select the units from this list.
- Price
- Type the price for which you are willing to sell the product.
