Business Audit

Use this page to select the user or command type, and time period for the business audit report you want to display.

User logon ID
Type the logon ID of the user that ran the commands. The User Logon ID field is case sensitive. The report will display all commands run by the user.
Command type
A command type is a category of commands. Type the name of the command type. The Command type field is case sensitive. By default, HCL Commerce includes the following command types:
  • GEN (generic commands)
  • MBR (member subsystem commands)
  • ORD (order subsystem commands)
  • CON (contract subsystem commands)
  • CAT (catalog subsystem commands)
  • CMR (content managed resources)
  • CSR (commands executed by a CSR on behalf of a shopper -- for example, placing or modifying an order for a registered shopper)
  • TCK (tickler commands)

The command types are listed in the BusinessAuditDataCapture.xml file. The file is located in the /xml/config directory of the HCL Commerce Enterprise Archive directory. The report will display who ran that command and when.

Start date
Provide the date to begin the report by doing one of the following actions:
  • Click the calendar icon to open the calendar, and select the date you want to start reporting. Using the calendar control ensures that the date is specified in the appropriate format.
  • In the Year, Month, and Day fields, type the year (in the format YYYY), month (MM), and day (DD) to begin reporting.
End date
Provide the date to end the report by doing one of the following actions
  • Click the calendar icon to open the calendar, and select the date to end reporting. Using the calendar control ensures that the date is specified in the appropriate format.
  • In the Year, Month, and Day fields, type the year (in the format YYYY), month (MM), and day (DD) to end reporting.
