Adjust Quantity
Use the Adjust Quantity dialog to adjust the quantity of items, products, SKUs, bundles, and prebuilt kits in inventory.
Important: Do not use the Adjust Quantity dialog to receive inventory. If your
inventory has an associated expected inventory record, use the Expected Inventory list
to receive it. Otherwise, use the Ad Hoc Receipt dialog.
- Quantity available
- Quantity of inventory available to adjust. This field is read-only.
- Unit of measure
- Unit of measure used to qualify the quantity available. This field is read-only.
- Quantity to adjust
- Required: Type the quantity of inventory to adjust. This field accepts a positive or negative integer. Type a minus sign (-) before a negative number.
- Adjustment reason
- Select a reason for the inventory adjustment.
- Comments
- Type comments about the inventory adjustment. This field accepts up to 254 alphanumeric characters.
