Find Shopping Carts - Search Results
Use this list to view shopping carts created on the channel store site (that is, the Commerce Plaza site), as well as the products released to each shopping cart.
- Shopping Cart Number
- The number that uniquely identifies each shopping cart in the search results. Click this number to view the shopping cart on the channel store site. Note that you will the HCL Commerce Accelerator if you choose to view the shopping cart. To return back to the HCL Commerce Accelerator, click the appropriate link provided on the channel store site.
- Order Number
- The number that uniquely identifies the customer's order. Each order may include one or more products released to the shopping cart.
- Product
- A short description of the product released to the shopping cart. For example, for a ThinkPad, the product description might be "ThinkPad T23, Pentium III, 384 RAM, with carrying case".
- SKU
- The stock keeping unit (SKU) for the product, which uniquely identifies the product.
- Quantity
- The quantity of a particular product within the order.
- Released to Date
- The date that each product was released to the shopping cart.
- Product Fulfillment Status
- Indicates the status of the product. For example, the product might be released to fulfillment and ready for delivery, or it may be already shipped to the customer.
