Find Shopping Carts

Use this dialog to search for shopping carts on the channel store site. Search results will contain a list of shopping carts and the products released to each shopping cart. At least one field must be specified.

Order number

Type the customer order number, which uniquely identifies the order that contains products released to the shopping cart (or carts) you want to find.

Advanced search

Click this link to use advanced search options, such as searching by the date the order was placed or the date the product was released for fulfillment. Use one or more of the advanced options as follows:

Order placed date

The start and end date when the order was placed. The start date and end dates are set by entering valid data for the year (four digits), month, day, and time (24-hour clock). Optionally, you can use the calendar tool to enter the date.

Product release date

The start and end dates when the product was released for fulfillment. The start and end dates are set by entering valid data for the year (four digits), month, day, and time (24-hour clock). Optionally, you can use the calendar tool to enter the date.

Maximum number of matches to display

Type the maximum number of search results that you want the system to display. Note that this is not the number of shopping carts that match your search criteria; it is the number of products within the shopping carts that match your search criteria.

Find

Click this button to search for a shopping cart based on the search criteria. The system performs a search and a list of shopping carts that match the search criteria is displayed.
