Publish - Parameters
Use the Parameters page to select the publish parameters for the store archive you are publishing
- Store archive
- Lists the name and location of the store archive you are publishing. This information is read only.
- Name
- The name of the parameter. The parameters you can select vary depending on the store archive you are publishing. As a result, you may only see a selection of the parameters listed here.
- Value
- Type the corresponding value for the parameter.
- Description
- Describes the parameter. This information is read only.
The parameters that are displayed in the Parameters page of the Publish wizard vary depending on the store archive selected. The parameters are:
Publish a stand-alone store
orPublish an asset store for use in the extended sites business model
A stand-alone store is a single store that is not part of the extended sites business model. An asset store is a storefront asset store that is part of the extended sites business model.
Store type
If you are publishing a stand-alone store, your options are:
- Consumer direct store - A store that sells directly to consumers.
- B2B store - A store that sells to other businesses.
If you are publishing an asset store, your options are:
- Consumer direct asset store - A storefront asset store for a store that sells directly to consumers.
- B2B asset store - A storefront asset store for a store that sells to other businesses.
- Store identifier
- The name that will uniquely identify the published store.
- Store directory
- The name of the directory that will contain the storefront assets (such as JSP files and images).
- Organization
- The organization to which you publish the store archive.
- Sample data
- The data assets that will be published to your store.
- Catalog asset store
- The store that contains the shared catalog data.
