Return - Products From Order- Search Results

Use this page to view the search results of products from existing customer orders that match your search criteria. To add a product from this list to the return, type the quantity to order in the Quantity field, and click OK.

Note: To return a product, it must have shipped to a customer as part of an existing order. If the product is not in shipped state in the HCL Commerce database, the product is not considered returnable and this will be indicated on the Products From Order - Search Results page as an non-editable row in the list.
Order number
The order number that uniquely identifies the order which contains the product to be returned.
B2B direct Contract Name
B2B directThe name of the contract associated with the customer and the return. A contract stipulate the terms for the customer to shop at the store.
Product Name
A short description of the product.
SKU
The stock keeping unit (SKU) for the product, which uniquely identifies the product.
Quantity Ordered
The quantity of the product the customer originally ordered. The returned quantity does not have to be the same as the ordered quantity. For example, the customer may have purchased two books and is returning only one. In some cases, the product might not need to be physically returned, such as groceries, or a magazine subscription.
Quantity

Description
A detailed description of the product.
Unit Price
The price for each unit of the product, in the same currency used for the original order. For example, in an online book store, this may be the price per book.
