RFQ Catalog Entry Search

Use this dialog to search for a catalog entry (product, SKU, or pre-built kit) for an RFQ response.

Note: The search criteria must not contain the following characters: \, ", and #.
Find
Click this button to search for a catalog entry based on the search criteria.
Cancel
Click this button to return to the previous page in the HCL Commerce Accelerator history.
Code
Type the code, which uniquely identifies the catalog entry, and select the search method, such as searching by exact phrase or a fuzzy search, from the list beside this field. The list contains Matches containing and Exact phrase. If you do not select a search method, Matches containing is used as the default.
Name
Type the name for the catalog entry, such as "Short sleeve blue plaid men's shirt". Select the search method, such as searching by exact phrase or a fuzzy search, from the list beside this field. The list contains Matches containing and Exact phrase. If you do not select a search method, Matches containing is used as the default.
Manufacturer Part Number
Type the part number for the catalog entry, uniquely defined by the manufacturer. The part number is different from the code. Select the search method, such as searching by exact phrase or a fuzzy search, from the list beside this field. The list contains Matches containing and Exact phrase. If you do not select a search method, Matches containing is used as the default.
Manufacturer
Type the name of the catalog entry manufacturer or company. Select the search method, such as searching by exact phrase or a fuzzy search, from the list beside this field. The list contains Matches containing and Exact phrase. If you do not select a search method, Matches containing is used as the default.
Catalog
Select the catalog from which to search for the catalog entry. If you have more than one catalog for your store, and you do not select a catalog, the store's master catalog is used as the default.
Category
The system will begin searching for the catalog entry starting from this category. The category's subcategories will also be searched. Select the search method, such as searching by exact phrase or a fuzzy search, from the list beside this field. The list contains Matches containing and Exact phrase. If you do not select a search method, Matches containing is used as the default.
Published or Not Published
Select Published if your catalog entry description has been published or Not Published if the description has not been published. If you do not select one, the search will ignore the publish flag from the database.
Type
Specify the type of catalog entry you want to search on. Select All to search on all catalog entries. Select Specify Types to indicate which type of catalog entry to search on, such as by SKU.
Number of Search Results
Choose the number of search results to display per page: 25, 50, 100, or 250.
Sort by
You can sort your search results by Code or Name.
