RFQ Response - Product Specifications
Respond to any specification operator, value or unit from this page.
Check the box in the row for any product you want to work with.
- Name
- The product specification name.
- Mandatory
- "Yes" if the specification is required by the buyer, "No" if it not required.
- Changeable
- "Yes" if the buyer will accept an alternative specification value, "No" if the value cannot be changed.
- (Request) operator
- The relationship between the product and its specification. For example, a buyer may specify
that the thickness of steel plate must be "less than" (<) 1cm. The available operators are as
follows:
- = (equal to)
- > (greater than)
- < (less than)
- => (greater than or equal to)
- <= (less than or equal to)
- not (for example, any color except red)
- Inclusive range; that is, a range including boundary values (for example, 2 to 6)
- Exclusive range; that is, a range excluding boundary values (for example, less than 2 or greater than 6)
- Enumeration (for example, red, blue, green)
- Request value
- Unit price specified in the request.
- Request unit
- The units in which the quantity is measured. For example, centimeters (cm) for thickness or centigrade (C) for temperature.
- (Response) operator
- The relationship between the product and the specification if different from the buyer's specification.
- Response value
- Unit price if different from the buyer's specification.
- Response unit
- The units in which the quantity is measured if different from the buyer's specification.
- User defined
- Indicates if the specification has been added by the buyer.
- Respond (displays when Creating a response)
- Displays the RFQ Product Specifications response form on which you can propose counter offers to the product specifications.
- Clear responses
- Clears your responses from the selected specifications. Multiple specifications can be cleared.
