Storefront Usage Summary
This report shows key data related to orders, customers, and visits to provide a snapshot of site operations and performance.
- Selected date range
- A read-only field listing the selected start and end dates for the displayed report.
- Store Activity Report
- A read-only field displaying the timestamp corresponding to when the report was created.
- Total Orders
- The total number of orders placed by customers in the selected time period.
- Gross sales
- Total sales revenue for store resulting from orders placed in the reporting period. This value includes all adjustments, shipping charges, and taxes.
- Total Pages Viewed
- The total number of pages viewed in the selected time period. This value includes the number of redirected pages. This value may be affected by recent database maintenance.
- Total unique visitors that came to the store
- The number of unique customers that placed orders with the store. This value may be affected by recent database maintenance, or if a user has logged in multiple times using the same browser window.
- Total visits to the store
- The number of times the store was visited in the selected time period. For example, if customer A visited your site twice and customer B visited your site once, the total number of visits is three. This value may be affected by recent database maintenance, or if a user has logged in multiple times using the same browser window.
- Total Orders Shipped
- The number of orders shipped that were placed in the selected time period.
- Total Orders in Pending state
- Orders that are waiting for payment to be authorized and were placed in the selected time period.
- Total Orders being reviewed
- The number of orders placed in the reporting period that are currently under review by a Customer Service Representative.
- Total orders affected by low inventory
- The number of orders placed in the reporting period that cannot be completed because of low inventory levels.
- Total orders requiring payment authorization review
- The number of orders that are unable to be completed because of problems with payment authorization and with a last update timestamp that falls within the selected time period. The payment authorization should be reviewed and accepted, or the Order canceled, using the Order Management user interface.
- Total canceled orders
- The number of orders that were canceled with a last update timestamp that falls within the selected time period.
- Total shopping carts created
- The number of shopping carts belonging to the store that were last updated in the selected time period.
- Total number of categories in the store's catalog
- The number of categories in the store catalog. This value only counts those entries that are not marked for delete in the database.
- Total number of categories viewed
- The total number of categories viewed in the selected time period. This value may be affected by recent database maintenance.
- Total number of products in the store catalog
- The total number of SKUs that exist for this store that are not marked for delete.
- Total number of products viewed
- The number of products viewed. This value may be affected by recent database maintenance.
