Overdue Backorders Report

Use this report to review orders that have products on backorder that are overdue.

Minimum number of days overdue

Type the smallest number of days overdue you want reported.

Note: The number of days overdue is calculated only by the date, and does not consider time. Therefore, if an order is processed at two minutes before midnight, and the expected shipping date is calculated as one minute later, at midnight, the order is already considered to be 1 day overdue.

Include in this report

Click the appropriate radio button to indicate what SKUs to include in this report. These SKUs come from ITEMSPC.PARTNUMBER.

All SKUs

Click this radio button to specify that the report should include all SKUs.

Selected SKUs

Click this radio button to specify that the report should include specific SKUs, as follows:

Add

Click this button to add SKUs to the Selected SKUs list. The Find Products dialog opens. Type search criteria to search for SKUs to add to the report.

Remove

Click this button to remove the highlighted SKUs from the Selected SKUs list.
