Return Reasons

The Return Reasons list displays all of a store's defined reasons for returning a product. Here, you can create a new return reason, change the details of an existing return reason, and delete one or more return reasons.

Name

Name of the return reason.

Reason

Description of the return reason.

Type

Select the type of return reason: customer, merchant, or both.

Select the type of return reason: customer, seller, or both.

The default entry is both.

New

Click this button to create a new return reason.

Change

Click this button to change the details of a selected return reason.

Delete

Click this button to delete one or more selected return reasons.
