New Return Reason

Use the New Return Reason dialog to enter a new return reason.

Name

Required: Type the name of the return reason. This value must be unique for the store. This field accepts up to 30 alphanumeric characters.

Reason

Required: Type the description of the return reason. This field accepts up to 60 alphanumeric characters.

Type

Select the type of return reason: customer, merchant, or both. The default entry is both.
