Change Return Reason

Use the Change Return Reason dialog to change a return reason's information.

Name

Required: Type the name of the return reason. This value must be unique for the store. This field accepts up to 30 alphanumeric characters.

Reason

Required: Type the description of the return reason. This field accepts up to 60 alphanumeric characters.

Type

The type of return reason: customer, merchant, or both.

The type of return reason: customer, seller, or both.
