Accounts - Account Representative

Use this page to define the representative within the seller's organization that is responsible for the account.

Department

Required: Select the name of the department within the seller's organization responsible for the account.

Representative

Select the name of the primary account representative within the selected department. When you select a representative, a read-only (informational) field displays the address of the selected representative. Note that the account representative for a store can see all accounts in a store, not only the ones they have been specifically assigned. Assigning a contact does not restrict other account representatives from modifying the account.
