Cancel Orders

Use this dialog to cancel an order.

Order number

The reference number that has been automatically assigned to the order is displayed.

Comments

Required: Use the default text provided or type another reason for the cancellation in this field. This scroll box accepts up to 1024 alphanumeric characters.

Perform payment refunds

Select this check box to indicate that payments have been deposited for order items in the order being canceled and that refunds should be given to customer.

Send this comment to the customer

Select this check box to indicate that the comment should be sent to the customer. The comment is sent to the customer by e-mail if an e-mail address was specified during registration.

E-mail address

Type the customer's e-mail address.

This field is displayed and comments are sent to this address only when the Send this comment to the customer check box is selected. By default, this field is populated with the e-mail address specified during registration if the customer has registered and has provided an e-mail address. You can also indicate a different e-mail address by typing it in this field.
