Customer Information - General
Use this page to maintain customer information for a B2C store. Customers provide this information during registration.

- Customer logon ID
- Required: The customer's store logon ID. This field is read-only.
- Certificate status
- Select the current status of the customer's X.509 certificate, which is used for customer authentication. If the customer has an X.509 certificate set up properly, the certificate status is displayed as Valid and you can change it to Revoked or Expired status, as applicable. If the customer does not have an X.509 certificate, No certificate is selected.
- Account status
- Select the current status of the customer's account with the store. Select Enable to specify that the account is enabled (for example, if a customer is locked out of the account, you can manually enable it by selecting this option). Select Disable to specify that the customer's account is inactive (for example, if the customer has tried to log on several times with an invalid logon ID or password, the customer may be locked out of the account).
- Title
- Select the customer's title. If customers have not provided their title during registration, select Not available.
- First name
- Type the customer's first name. This field accepts up to 64 characters.
- Middle name
- Type the customer's middle name or initial. This field accepts up to 64 characters.
- Last name
- Required: Type the customer's last name. This field accepts up to 64 characters.
- Challenge question
- Type a question to confirm the customer's identity. This field accepts up to 254 alphanumeric characters.
- Answer to challenge question
- Type the answer to the challenge question. This field accepts up to 254 alphanumeric characters.
- Preferred language
- Select the customer's preferred language of communication. If customers have not provided their preferred language during registration, the store's default language will be used.
- Preferred currency
- Select the customer's preferred shopping and payment currency. If customers have not provided their preferred currency during registration, the store's default currency will be used.
- Last visit
- The date and time the customer last visited the store. This field is read-only.
- Last update
- The date and time the customer profile information was last updated. This field is read-only.
