Observed behavior
When creating or modifying installment rules, the manufacturer name condition, if specified, is not saved.
Expected behavior
All set fields should be persisted to the database along with the rule.
Resolution
The object definitions and logic for installments for Management Center were using the x_manufacturerName property instead of xruleCondition_manufacturerName. This has been corrected.
