Observed behavior
The total of the payment instructions is not the same amount as the order total.

Expected behavior
The total amount of the payment instructions should always match the order total.
Resolution
This fix adds the connection from paymentInstruction to edpOrder when creating paymentInstruction and from payment to paymentInstruction.
