This table holds the messages sent as a result of
using a transacted send when the corresponding message type has
Archive message after sent flag turned on (during message type to
transport assignment).
Column Descriptions:

| MESSAGE | BLOB (1000000) | Represents a segment of the stored message. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
