Configuration Manager - Commerce - Member Subsystem
Use the Member Subsystem page of the Configuration Manager to
configure WebSphere Commerce to use a Directory Server.
Complete the following fields.
- Authentication mode
- Select the authentication mode as follows:
- LDAP
- Select this mode if you want to use LDAP to authenticate WebSphere Commerce users.
- Database
- Select this mode if you want to use the WebSphere Commerce database to authenticate WebSphere Commerce users.
- Other
- Select this mode if you implemented an alternative mode of authentication.
If you select LDAP, the following fields are enabled:
- Single Sign-on
- Select this check box to allow users who were already authenticated by WebSphere Application Server to be recognized by WebSphere Commerce.
- Entry File Name
- The attribute mapping file that is used for LDAP server initialization.
