implements FetchLayoutCmd
    This command the default implementation of the FetchLayoutCmd interface and is used to fetch Layout nouns. This command is responsible for processing the sorting parameters for an incoming expression. Refer to processSortingOptions() for more details regarding sorting options.

The search expression which was created by the Get controller is passed directly to the business component instance of the business object manager. The business object manager returns a list of nouns that represent the search expression.
