Viewing an e-mail activity's summary and statistics

Use the E-mail activities page to view summary and statistical information about e-mail activities.

Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
  2. Click Marketing > Campaign Activities.
    The Campaign Activity List displays containing all of the activities defined for the store. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
  3. Using the Filter by activity type list, select E-mail activities.
    The Campaign Activity List refreshes containing the defined E-mail activities.
  4. Select the check box to the left of the e-mail activity for which you want to view a summary, or statistics.
  5. Click Summary.
    The E-mail Activity Summary page displays, which includes statistics for e-mail activities that have been sent.
    WebSphere Commerce EnterpriseNote: Only the store in which the e-mail activity is created will be able to view the statistics. Furthermore, the statistics will only reflect the results for the store in which the e-mail activity was created.
  6. Use the breadcrumb trail to return to the desired location, or click OK to return to the Campaign Activity list.
