Feature Pack 6 or later

Deleting marketing objects and subfolders from a folder

As a Marketing Manager, you can delete marketing content, customer segments, activities, e-Marketing Spots or subfolders from a folder.

Before you begin

Before you delete a folder, you must delete or move any subfolders in the folder. You can have a developer configure your folders so that you can delete a folder that has subfolders. Then, when you delete a folder, you also delete the subfolders and any objects within both the folder and any subfolders. Only the references to the objects are deleted. The objects continue to exist in your system, and in any other folder the object is included within. For more information about this configuration option, see Configuration properties in the infrastructure component.
