This table is a log of when each return merchandise
authorization (RMA) was authorized. A single RMA may appear
multiple times if changes were made and the RMA was
re-authorized.
Column Descriptions:

| AUTHNOTICEDATE | TIMESTAMP NOT NULL | The date on which an RMA was authorized or
re-authorized. |
| RMA_ID | BIGINT NOT NULL | The RMA which was authorized. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
