Configuring customer care

Procedure

  1. Open the Configuration Manager.
  2. From the left navigation within Configuration Manager, expand WebSphere Commerce > hostname > Commerce > Instance List > instance_name > Instance Properties > Collaboration > SameTime.
  3. Click Help for assistance on each option.
  4. Click Apply. A message displays to indicate that the system has successfully configured this component.
  5. Close Configuration Manager.
  6. Stop and restart WebSphere Commerce.
