Product Details page

The product details page contains the following e-Marketing Spot to display dynamic recommendations from IBM Product Recommendations, formerly known as Coremetrics Intelligent Offer: ProductPageIntelligentOffer. You might use this e-Marketing Spot to display dynamic recommendations for the product that the customer is currently viewing.

The following screen capture shows the location of the ProductPageIntelligentOffer e-Marketing Spot at the bottom of the page. The content that is displayed in the e-Marketing Spot in this screen capture is for illustration purposes only. When you publish the starter store, the e-Marketing Spot is empty because there are no web activities that are running to display dynamic recommendations for IBM Product Recommendations.

JSP files

  • ProductDisplay.jsp represents the entire page.
    Includes:
    • CachedProductOnlyDisplay.jsp, which represents the area that contains the product image, description, price, and options in the screen capture. The e-Marketing Spot for IBM Product Recommendations dynamic recommendations is included in this JSP file.

E-Marketing Spots

  • 1 ProductPageIntelligentOffer is the e-Marketing Spot that displays IBM Product Recommendations dynamic recommendations.

Store functions

  • IBM Product Recommendations integration can be enabled or disabled.

Links and buttons

  • 1 When the Quick info button is clicked for each product, the Quick Info pop-up window is displayed. When a product is clicked, the Product Details page is displayed.
