Out-of-session troubleshooting

Some suggestions for troubleshooting out-of-session issues.

If AppScan is unable to complete the scan because it gets out-of-session, try the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. Check that the login credentials (username and password) you entered are still valid, by logging in to the site using an external browser.
  2. Validate the login configuration (see Login tab).
  3. Check that your user hasn't been locked out of the site due to too many failed login attempts.
