System requirements and installation prerequisites

To run AppScan® Source components, your computers must meet the minimum requirements.

Important: When installing on Linux™ systems, some libraries must be installed before you can successfully install AppScan Source. Contact HCL Support for details about the specific libraries. If these libraries are not present, you will be prompted with a message when you attempt to install AppScan Source.

Note: As of version 9.0.3.11, AppScan Source no longer supports macOS or iOS Xcode project scanning.
